This week we will congratulate all of the graduating Kings players, and thank them for their contributions to the organization. Today, we will thank Kings top scorer – Levi Glasman.

Powell River, BC – The Powell River Kings organization would like to congratulate Kings forward, and top scorer Levi Glasman on a great junior hockey career, and thank him for his dedication and hard work to the club during his time.

Glasman, 20, came out of Red Deer Chiefs Midget AAA program, and went onto play three years in the BCHL, splitting time between the Trail Smoke Eaters and Powell River Kings. The Lacombe, Alberta, native played in 161 regular season BCHL games, totaling 70-goals and 164-points, while also totaling 19-goals and 31-points in 33 playoff contests.

“He just scores goals, and finds a way to factor in on the score sheet,” said Kings Assistant Coach Brock Sawyer. “He came in and had a good start to the year, and got his scholarship (Colgate Univ.) and he deserves it. He just goes out and gets it done. He showed up everyday with a smile on his face, regardless of how things were going for him.”

The Colgate University commit was acquired by the Kings on October 26th, 2018, in a three-team deal involving Nathan Kelly (Chilliwack Chiefs) and Powell Connor (Trail Smoke Eaters). Glasman scored 43-goals and 96-points in 92 games as a King’.

The Powell River Kings organization would like to thank Levi for his contributions to the club, and wish him nothing but the best going forward.
